WHAT I TEACH

Movement and stillness

Powerful vinyasa flows and deep, still yin, inspired by tai chi and qigong.

Breath and meditation

Return to the breath, let the mind settle, and reconnect with body and heart.

Poses and philosophy

I teach what I practice, and share what I learn about both as I go.

Reflection and ritual

Everyday rituals, journaling and notes from my own journey.

ABOUT

I teach what I'm still learning.

I'm Consuelo, and I teach from Malmö. Green Tara Flow is where I share the practice as I go, not once I've finished.

Yoga found me at a time when I lived mostly in my head. I went to my first classes to stretch a body that sat at a screen all day and to rest a mind that was burned out. Movement, breath and meditation gave me a way back, and I wanted to pass that on. I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Breathe and Flow Yoga Academy, and I'm studying yin now. What I teach from:

  • Body, mind and breath are one practice.
  • Presence over perfection.
  • Slow is where you start to notice.

Why the name Green Tara

Green Tara is the one who acts. In Tibetan Buddhism she is compassion in motion: she sits in stillness with one foot already stepping down, ready to help. That is what I want from a practice, a stillness that makes you more ready for your life, not less.

The flower is the utpala, the blue night lotus she holds in her left hand.

WRITING

What I write about

I write on Substack as @consusnoc. It's where the longer thoughts go: what I'm learning on and off the mat, the questions I haven't answered yet, and whatever doesn't fit in a caption.
